We had a great experience. The doctors and the assistants took their time explaining every step to my kids. My kids actually like coming to Floss Academy.
We have been going to Floss Academy for a few years after a not so nice experience at a non-pediatric office in the West Loop. We are so pleased we found Floss and have enjoyed our experiences with both Dr. Deric, Dr. Amanda and Kiana at the front desk. From fluoride to X-rays to cavaties, this team makes our child feel very comfortable in their kid focused environment. They are so wonderful with our kids! We also had a really great experience fixing our son’s newborn lip tie, which helped so much with our son’s comfort and our sleep!
Dr. Amanda and the Floss Academy Team are incredible! Our kiddo was so at ease during her first visit to the dentist! From registration, to the patient portal, everything is so easy and convenient!
