The worst service I've ever experienced since day one. I wished I was about to give no stars because they don't deserve it. We were referred here by my daughter's Othro and it's been horrible ever since. We make our 1st appt and came in to get her teeth looked at and we were told that someone would reach back out after our insurance clears it and no one never called back. We just took my father and mother-in-law to Floss 365, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. The entire team was professional, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. Both of them have mobility challenges, and the staff went above and beyond — assisting with walking, positioning in the chair, and making sure they felt safe and comfortable the entire time. My daughter and I had very pleasant experiences! Our teeth were cleaned thoroughly and they even have room temp water to rinse while cleaning, which actually feels warm! I really appreciated this because I’ve always experienced cold water during cleanings which can be quite uncomfortable. The office was clean, staff is friendly and enjoyable, my hygienist was phenomenal and the Dentist didn’t rush us through our appointments. Highly recommend this Dental office!!
