Flo's is an authentic beachside locale for enjoying delicious clams and any other fried fish you wish as well as their signature picnic special of "two hot dogs and a bottle of Dom Perignon. Both takeout orders and sit down seating are available. Decorated with plastic nautical knick-knacks and littered with picnic tables to accommodate outside eaters, Flo's is a casual beachside restaurant. Inside, there is a full bar and the view of the beach from the upstairs balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Cash only.

Over rated fried food... too bad you let tourist's rule your pricing. Locals used to love this place. Was there for a small get together. Fisherman's platter is a joke. Go to Newport for real seafood. Shame on you Flo's. Oh and parking.. good luck!
Flo's is the best! The line was long, but went very fast. We found a table outside quickly. Food was ready in 10 minutes and is excellent. I recommend the clam strip role, it is lightly battered and delicious. The red chowder has plenty of clams and the clam cakes are filled with clams and not all batter. It's a must if you're in the area!
The fish and chips are excellent. We stop at Flo's every time we visit Newport. Service is quick and staff are courteous.

The service was amazing... large portions, great flavor and even better price... I got the clam fritters ( cakes )... they were absolutely the best tasting ones I ever had... well worth the wait in line... about 20 minutes or so
