I used the touchless wash and the car looks just as dirty as when it went in. This pic is immediately AFTER getting washed.
I have been coming here for a few years now. Have had a couple minor issues over the years, but Bill has ALWAYS made it right. Majority of the time my vehicles come out sparkling clean. Even tough caked in mud on my Jeeps. If you are not satisfied with the wash, just let them know.

took my brand new silverado through the wash and after it came out looked like a cat scratched the whole truck. very disappointed
Flo's is the best! For the first time in over 13 years I had a bad experience with one of the bay's and they sent me a check for the refund and a $24 gift card. I'll definitely be coming here for another 13 years!
I had sap and pollen all over my car. I went to try to go through the touch free wash but a wonderful older man told me it probably wasn't going to do much and to come back around if It didn't . I came back around after because it indeed didn't do much. He sprayed my car with a certain wash, told me about a way to prevent it again, and send me through the touch one for free. My car looks BEAUTIFUL and the kindness that bill had for me was something I needed today. Thankyou for being wonderful Bill!
If your car is clean already then head here! Not sure why I keep giving this place "just one more chance". Every time I leave I am beyond disappointed. Went in again today and my car just had some white spots on it, not too dirty at all. Went to the bay recommended for heavy salt and bought the best wash they offered. Came out and my car looks the same just wet. Absolutely none of the white spots came off at all. Every time I go it's the same disappointing experience. Not sure how this place stays in business.
I have been a long time customer and after my experience today I will not be returning. The bay that takes discount code was out of service. Had to pay full price at another bay. Paid for vacuum, shampoo and scent I only got the vacuum to work, shampoo and scent did not. Very disappointed and frustrated with Flo's today.
