We eat quite regularly at Flo's & I know it's Valentine's night, but getting there at 6.55pm & waiting 40 minutes for an appetizer isn't acceptable. So, I stood up & asked for a manager. Tatum came over and I said 6.55 and 40 minutes later no appetizer. What pissed me off the most was not once during the conversation did she apologize, she said, "were busy". Definitley not traditional, at least when it comes to Thai cuisine. I asked for Pad Thai spicy and what I got was a Pad Thai mixed with a lot of jalapeño! I sent it back, as all I could taste was jalapeño. To make Pad Thai spicy you use chili pepper. Also, the bean sprouts were cooked with the noodles and were soggy. They should be served on the side of the dish and mixed in by the eater. No wedge of lime was offered either. Instead I was served wontons on the same plate. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting again.
