RecommendedGarvens and his team did a fantastic job. They were professional and tackled what proved to be a bigger job than expected. They cleaned everything up and left the yard in better shape than when they got there. I would highly recommend them for a yard clean out or routine maintenance.

Gaverns and his team did a fantastic job cleaning my back yard with 10 years of fallen leaves and a lot of storm debris. They worked efficiently and at a very fair price.
I had my rug done by Gavins of Floor Services Co about a month ago, he did a great job! It was my choice not to remove my living room furniture bc it is extremely heavy. After he left and the rug dried a day later, I could see the difference in the rug close to the edges of the couch. I called Gavins and told him, he offered to come back and take care of it. He did come back and fixed the problem and didn’t charge me. He is great at what he does and very personable, I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
Garvens is thorough and reliable when his company cleans our condominium building. Their company also redid our rock gravel back yard and did a great job. It looks beautiful! For basic gardening services and cleaning services they're great and very reasonably priced.
I am a property manager of a 5 unit condo. Garvens has been taking care of the landscaping for over two years. He works with you to devise the best plan that fits your budget and time frame. He has great suggestions. I highly recommend Florus Service, as they will continue to work on my property.
My roommates and I were leaving our apartment and the kitchen was not in the best shape. I contacted Garvens and he was speedy with his responses. It took some time for us to find a time for him to come by, but he was absolutely flexible and worked with our schedules. When I came back to the apartment, the kitchen (and especially the fridge!) looked phenomenal. So happy I worked with Florus Services Company and I will definitely be using them again!
