Florsheim cancelled my escrow after 7 month waiting and sell the house to another buyer for $50k more. 10 attorneys I consulted said their contract is very one sided and not good faith. Their arbitration clause pushes attorneys fee costs to buyers and it will soon outweigh the benefits of suing this builder. Absolutely the worst company I've ever felt with! They literally could care less! I have to get pre approved through them first haha good luck! I've got mine through wells Fargo and I'm not wasting my time through you guys haha! They don't want ur business they want your money! Plus they need to work for it and try to help not just say what every other small company says!
