I strongly advise against using ClearHome Storage (2371 U.S. Hwy 98, Mary Esther, FL 32569) due to their unethical pricing practices and misleading business tactics. They increase rental rates at least once per year, sometimes multiple times a year, with no valid explanation beyond "rental inflation." I opened my new account via telephone. I am normally skeptical about going through that type of process, but Franz was stupendous. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and even helped me when I was in the wrong place. There was not a question that Franz could not answer. I am very pleased with my storage unit and even more pleased that Franz was the one to help me get set up!

Laurice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the property and process and was able to figure and resolve my gate code issues almost immediately would recommend clear home self storage to anyone looking for a decent rate and decent sized units for their rates
