My wife and I drove to Gainesville from Ocala to look at electric fireplaces. We stopped at Florizona, which turned out to be a hole in the wall mini storage size place. They scheduled the 'owner' to come measure and review our room for the insert. Some guy showed up unannounced the day before telling us "he didn't have the right phone number." He did his thing, and today, 3 weeks later, we've never heard back. Glad we didn't now that I've read more reviews. Find someone else or you'll likely regret it...

great reviews so I chose this company. My experience was very DISAPPOINTING. I got an original quote from the "wife" of the person who would do the work. I had the "husband" come take measurements, review all aspects of the job and with both the husband and the wife we reviewed where an outlet could be "easily located". It was part of the job that was quoted and it did not seem like an outrageous part of the project. They install inserts with fans and they need electric power. Well I discovered differently.
