I called to place an order with Peter and he was more than helpful in getting me what we wanted sent from so far away in Louisville, KY. They sent me pictures of the beautiful arrangement that they made. Grateful for the help and professionalism of the entire group. I highly recommend giving them a call if you're in need for that area. Thanks a ton Florists of America!! I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

HANDS DOWN the absolute best people to work with. I called in after their usual delivery times with an order for delivery in orchard park. They pulled through for me to deliver a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of flowers. The delivery guy Jack is the man he showed up at almost 9pm for me and was the nicest person to my fiancée. Ordered over the phone for our granddaughters sweet 16 birthday and from the minute they answered the call all the way through delivery, they were helpful ,kind and went above and beyond. They even let me know when they were delivered and told me about the excitement on my granddaughters face. They added extra to make the bouquet special. Our granddaughter called to thank us and told us how kind the gentleman was and even gave her tips on how to take care of them. Definitely am using this place from now on.
Amazing arrangement that was bigger than mom for Valentines Day lol! They often last a month or more, great delivery service calls ahead to make sure someone is home. Highly recommend!
