Today I ordered flowers from Florista Florist in Armidale, NSW, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality and presentation of the arrangement that was delivered. The flowers cost $112, and the photo shown when I placed the order depicted a very full, beautiful arrangement presented in a white ceramic vase. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered were approximately a quarter of the volume shown in the advertised photo and arrived in a plain white cardboard box rather than the ceramic vase pictured.
