A great florist, with friendly, helpful people.
I ordered flowers from out of state to be delivered locally in the Lawrenceburg area. The arrangement I chose was all sunflowers. What was delivered had no sunflowers and looks nothing like what I ordered. I realize you may need to make a substitution but when the entire arrangement is a flower you can't get, I would think you would call the customer to discuss options (and possibly a refund). I'm very disappointed as sunflowers had particular significance and were chosen for a reason.
I ordered a Sunshine wreath through the Neal Funeral Home website and all the flowers were wilted and appeared close to dying. I was very ashamed that this was representative of my husband and myself. Very disappointed and do not recommend this shop.
