BEWARE!!!!!! Ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day through the website. Spent over $100 on flowers to NOT BE DELIVERED!!!! No response from email or phone. Why are they letting orders go through on the website? SCAM!!!!
Never delivered. For Mother’s Day. Customer service is all automated and the chat hangs up on you. Complete scam. We had to go through our credit card company to get any type of refund.
My husband ordered me flowers and a box of chocolate, however I did not receive the chocolates. I called their phone number and is not working. I also left an email and I still haven’t received a reply. Do not recommend, not a good customer service.
Poor customer service. Phone number listed is not monitored. Don't waste your time.
Do NOT order. I placed an order and needed to change the delivery date, as the recipient will be out of town. Sent emails without a response. Tried the phone number a dozen times + times. No answer. Rings once and says that the voicemail hasn’t been set up yet. I guess I just wasted my money because who knows what will happen to the flowers. Just an awful, terrible experience.
