Great job - appreciate the confirmation of delivery! Kindness to recipient for delivery was appreciated. I heard there was guidance provided to keep the flowers so pretty even longer.....the arrangement was the birthday cake and looked exactly as presented when delivered.
Ordered Jumping for Joy for my mom and added the $10 extra for a few more flowers. It made her day and she loved it! Great communication from them on when it was delivered.
Very poor customer service. The company does not have a working phone number and several emails sent went unanswered. I do not recommend this florist.
This Make a Wish floral arrangement arrived on time and looks as colorful and cheerful as the website picture. My mom is absolutely delighted to receive this pretty bouquet for Mother's Day.
The flowers for my 80th birthday started dying in one day. On the 2nd day most of the flowers were dead. I have called and emailed the florist and they have not returned my call. I will need to call my sister-in-law in Chicago to see if she can get a refund. Ann, The Villages
