My Step-Mother, who lives in The Villages has always been a positive influence in my life since I met her 50 years ago. To commemorate this, I ordered Dreaming Of Tuscany through the website. Easy enough for a self admitted online orderer to navigate and I appreciate the text's and emails they sent keeping me informed of the delivery. my flowers were never delivered
BEWARE!!!!!! Ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day through the website. Spent over $100 on flowers to NOT BE DELIVERED!!!! No response from email or phone. Why are they letting orders go through on the website? SCAM!!!!
Never delivered. For Mother’s Day. Customer service is all automated and the chat hangs up on you. Complete scam. We had to go through our credit card company to get any type of refund.
My husband ordered me flowers and a box of chocolate, however I did not receive the chocolates. I called their phone number and is not working. I also left an email and I still haven’t received a reply. Do not recommend, not a good customer service.
