Employees not service oriented nor are they customer friendly. Had a ad experience a couple of weeks ago with a male manicurist and said that I would not go back. Apparently I did not learn from the previous experience or I'm a sucker for poor service, indifference and dismissive attitudes. Do not make the mistake that I made. Find another salon where the nail technicians are respectful and take pride in the job they do. Going to Floris was the same as opening my car window and throwing. Money away. Big Improvement! – I originally had a poor experience at this salon, but I did go back for a regular manicure/pedicure and had a completely different experience. I went in early, at 9:30 when they opened, it wasn't rushed or crowded, I had a very relaxing pedicure followed by the best manicure I've ever had and it hasn't even chipped at all! I do agree it is pricy BUT if its clean, relaxing, and your nails look better longer, then I think it's definitely worthwhile! I would definitey go and ask for JULIE! She's great.

Atrocious – I gave this salon a try since it was new and had a decent selection of nail colors. I was wrong. The manicurist that I unfortunately ended up with was rude and gave the worst service I ever had, which is saying a lot since I try new salons all the time. The moment she saw a customer that she was "friends" with, she rushed through my nails, applying a glob of top coat, bubbles and creases forming on practically each nail. best nail place, ever – It is ALWAYS immaculate (not clean, IMMACULATE) at floris. The people are friendly and accomodating, and the service is great. Yes, the prices are high but it is worth it, your manicure does not chip in a day like it does elsewhere, and like they say- you get what you pay for.

Overpriced and fails in Comparison to Floris in Croton – I went there to get one nail fixed and while I'll admit, that's not a lot to base an experience on... I've been going to Floris in Croton for months now and LOVE it. So my expectations are high. This place was dirty - Nail clippings etc on nail station (Gross!) and they charged me $10 to fix on nail! Even though it's only $60 for a full set. Long story short - pass on this one! The service is not worth the prices!
