Rude and disrespectful staff ; One male Asian employee to be exact. We were unaware of some recent changes to the WIC-approved food items, but instead of politely explaining the new modification, he rudely told us to remove items from our order. He lacked basic manners and professionalism, and the whole situation felt embarrassing and disrespectful.
The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Although the wait can be a bit long, I truly don’t mind because the level of care and service they provide makes it completely worth it. I’m very satisfied and genuinely appreciate their dedication.
