101 to steal your deposit This is a condensed version, so not as eloquent as I??d like. We lived in Florin Hill for three months while we were looking for a house. Space- pretty decent; Perks- pool, gym; Cons- price, design, management, maintenance staff. Greedy owners I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've lived in several apartments in my life..never one like Florin Hill. They are only nice to you in the beginning because they want you to sign. I'm reporting them to the US department of housing. Their tactics are greedy and scam like. Do not be fooled.
