Floridian property management is very prejudice and biased against minority, immigrants and women. They constantly send violation letters and letters with huge fines ($$$$) to immigrants and minority homeowners while others get away with major violation. In some subdivisions quite a lot of homeowners and their board members equally prejudice and Floridian property management is not looking at things with both parties (the people who are complaining and the people who they are complaining about) in view. RE: **** ****HOA with FPM: I have been trying to get an issue about a neighbors fence resolved since July 9, 2018 and nothing has been done, after approx. 14-16 emaisl with pictures and numerous phone calls with my Deer Cove rep. Linda P******. I would like someone with authority to solve this issue to get in touch with me.
