I’ve been a customer at Synovus for 5+ years, and my overall experience there has been good. The customer service at this branch is stellar, But the mobile app needs some work. I’ve experienced multiple issues using the Bill Pay options due to problems with said third party. When transferring money I simply call the branch and they are able to do it instantly.
Just opened an account here for our HOA. Went to the drive thru on a Friday afternoon and waited 15 minutes. maybe because of the conversion.
