The rooms were dirty, tons of things were broken, they were stingy on towels/blankets/pillows, the room had a weird smell, the shower wall had water damage, the sink and tub didn't drain easily, the hallways to the room were dirty and rundown, construction outside the window before 7am, there were only a few bowls, cups, spoons, forks, etc. so we had to keep washing the dishes and eating in shifts to make it work. Building F requires you to snake in and out of the other buildings just to park or leave the resort. Not the best for parking spots either. Construction taking place which I understand as this place needs an overhaul but to have scaffolding outside your room window banging around all hours of the morning starting at 7 is ridiculous. Checked in and went to our room. 30 minutes later another family comes right into our room as they apparently gave them our room too.
