I stayed from 8/1-8/3 I originally was supposed to stay till 8/4 but I have a baby in the NICU so I left a day early. While I was there , there was water leaking from the ceiling on to the floor. I called both days first day maintenance came second day no one came. I videos of this. I was told I would get a refund for 2 days resort fee. As on today 9/4 I have yet to get a refund.
