Great food and service The best dinner we had during our stay

Fabulous food. I had the black grouper with couscous and haricot vert. Delicious! Service was excellent by Trevor. Key lime pie was outstanding.
Interesting to see that poor reviews don't show up. We had a terrible experience. Wait staff was inattentive and service took forever. Steak, shrimp and gator were all very rubbery. Chain restaurants do a better job with steaks. Managerial staff was flippant. You'd think for the price you pay, you'd get better service and food. Far from impressed.
Absolutely unbelievable! The atmosphere, the service, the food!! We would give 10 stars, if we could!
