My air conditioning unit of 20 years needed replacement. I contacted this family business for an estimate and Robert the owner came out and spent over an hour going over what needed to be replaced. He looked in the attic where the air handler was located to check the size of the unit and to see the condition and size of the duct work. He stated the ducts were undersized for the unit I had and was not getting the proper air flow throughout each room in the house. He stated that even new home builds lack proper duct sizing. When nobody else bothered to investigate what was wrong with my air conditioner, Florida's Coolest Air Conditioning and Heating Inc got to the bottom of it and got us up and running. Came out to help my neighbor after I suggested them to her and they fixed her problem with haste. Previous company she called told her she needed a whole new unit and she didn't. Upstanding people id be proud to work for or have working on my property
