This place is clean and staffs are great. We asked for extra blanket and pillows and it delivered right away. We dined in at the restaurant, kudos to Stefany and Gabby!!! These ladies are exceptional, very attentive, friendly and professional. They made our experience very pleasant with their warm hospitality. Great job ladies!!!
Do not stay at this hotel if you would prefer to not be scammed for your money afterwards - we are getting the BBB involved - we stayed in February, and received a receipt at the end for $68 at check out. Service overall was subpar. What is the worst is afterwards, 2 days after checkout we received a charge on our credit card for an additional $320 (keep in mind we had already paid our rooms in full). Nice accommodations, a little loud from the city noises.
I had such a great experience at this hotel especially with the check-in. Abu at the front desk was wonderful. This hotel is close to the river and many activities, bars and restaurants. My room was very spacious and clean. And I loved the 20s themed decor! My only issue was two of the elevators were down and being on the 18th floor, it took quite a bit of time to get to the lobby and my room. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel!
