I wanted to shed light on the customer service provided my Sophia inside Cass street coffee 8/15 at 9:30am ( in hotel flor Tampa) when i was placing my order i informed her i would like my sandwiches cut in half and she responded with “sure”. I stayed at Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, while attending a conference, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but I want to give an honest review because there are a few things future guests should know. First, the location is excellent! Terrible experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. The service was terrible from beginning to end. On top of that, I was charged additional destination fees after booking through HotelTonight, despite my reservations showing a total price including “taxes and fees.” When I questioned the charges, the response from the hotel was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of clearly explaining where these additional mandatory fees had been disclosed before booking, I was simply told it was “a charge you have to pay.... read more
