We loved our stay at this hotel! It is a beautiful property and the rooms are very clean, updated, and welcoming! It has the charm of a historic building with a fresh makeover. We would definitely stay here again. Carmen at the front desk assisted me with checking in and gave me lots of great information about fun things to do in the area. Max at the bar was great and helpful! Love the experience and my champagne cocktail- it has a surprise twist.
Really comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Elevators not working, 1 for the whole hotel. Bathroom has lower water pressure than you’ve ever seen in your life. If you book this hotel on the top floor, and take a shower, you will come back to this review and be amazed that it was even worse than you could even imagine. Just because of this, I’m out. Oh and also, never in my life been told no for a late checkout. Ended up having to negotiate for 30 mins… that I needed so that we could actually shower!
