I ordered a sliding glass door from Florida window and door over 7 months ago. It took over 20 weeks to get the door then, when they scheduled installation, the installers messed the job up so bad they had to reorder the door and reinstall it. The second door did not have the right hardware on it. So then they had to order new hardware. I just received a phone call today saying the hardware was in wanted to schedule installation. Customer service was timely in response and kept me updated. Great experience with Matthew. He arrived on time, knew exactly the replacement part needed, was courteous, and professional. Door lock was fixed within minutes and he even adjusted the door. Will use company again as needed.
