Absolutely terrible phone call educate and a bunch of hoops to just through JUST to get an appointment while pregnant. I wouldn’t recommend. Can’t just set an apointment? Wtf
Refused my gf service on seeing the obgyn. Worst nurse argued on insurance down to seeing a doctor
Was my first time at that location and I had some issue. The front desk girl was nice and try to understand my frustration, but the nurse who meet me after that was very rude from the beginning and never considered give me another option.
It pains me to leave a poor review about a facility that we were so eager to embraces. Advent Obgyn Lake Mary uses 1 front desk for its multiple specialists. They are apparently over stretched or disjointed. If you are a patient with REAL needs you may find their disorganization, lack of urgency and apathy DANGEROUS. We requested they communicate our obgyn risks and they weren't even decent enough to call us back. Please familarize yourself with their policies before putting your love one at risk.
The gynecological office provides excellent services and has a very accommodating schedule for appointments. Jessica Reichert, a certified nurse-midwife and registered nurse, stands out for her exceptional patient care. She demonstrates a caring and compassionate demeanor, taking the time to address any questions or concerns thoroughly.
