Would have given 0 stars if possible. Doctors are knowledgeable but front office and billing is completely incompetent. Please know your insurance and coverages before going into this OBGYN. Also ASK QUESTIONS about what they are doing and why. This company is predatory and will scam you out of your money. They will list you as seeking “specialist” treatment and will schedule you unnecessary additional appointments to make you pay additional money or charge you fees outside of your co-pay. I never leave reviews. I’m a very quiet person and overall try to see the good in everything. I had to make a review for this place to warn other women my age. Originally I came in for an exam on my ovaries cause I was told I had severe cysts from the ER. I met with Dr. suhrer and he was kind. However, I left feeling uneasy and seen as a “lab rat”. My experience going to Dr. Suhrer was the best I’ve had with a doctor in years. Booking the appointment was easy, the receptionist were very kind and professional (most doctors offices I’ve been too I’ve seen the opposite behavior with many of the office staff so it was nice to be in an office were the staff didn’t feel annoyed to he there). I was in and out and my prescriptions were all filled within that day and explained to me in depth. Highly recommend this office.
