I used their online form to get an estimate on storm doors. Their reply was to my daughter, who is the homeowner. (There must be a database linked to street addresses.) When I replied that I'm her father living in her house and that I make the decisions regarding renovations and so on, they refused to schedule an appointment. I said my daughter works long hours and I handle the house business. They would not bend. I told them "You lost a job over a silly policy."
