I requested a proposal from this company for window replacement. They sent out Rick Lasky as a representative. All I can say is this guy should find another line of work. He lied to me about the Safe Florida home program. Told me he was one of only 3 companies approved to contract under these grants.... totally wrong. I used their online form to get an estimate on storm doors. Their reply was to my daughter, who is the homeowner. (There must be a database linked to street addresses.) When I replied that I'm her father living in her house and that I make the decisions regarding renovations and so on, they refused to schedule an appointment. I said my daughter works long hours and I handle the house business. They would not bend. I told them "You lost a job over a silly policy."

RUN! - don't walk - from Florida Window & Door on North Dixie Highway in Lake Worth. My wife and I should have listened to friends and neighbors about this bottom-of-the barrel operation.
