I purchased my water system with them 5 years ago. Find another company, don't use them. My initial appointment with the 'tech' sales guy was good, but it all fell apart after that. My original 'credit agreement' was not sent to my email to electronically sign, but the sales guy sent it to himself to sign my name (he had my email.) At this point the system was already installed so I didn't cancel (though now I wish I would have.) I was promised that annual 'maintenance' would be included with my purchase - not the case.
