I went to Florida Walk In Medical Clinic for my COVID-19 vaccine. I had an allergic reaction to the first dose and was injected with Benadryl at the clinic. When I returned for my second dose, the clinic staff refused to give me the shot stating it goes against the CDC's guidelines for reactions to the first dose. Dr. Rahman refuses to provide me with documentation as to why I was denied the second dose and now is delaying the release of my medical records.
