Kyle purchased our mobile home and overall we had a great experience. He was patient with us and worked on our timeline. The crew that removed the home left some debris/trash from the removal but they worked very hard and were great as well.

Worst experience with Kyle! He will never answer calls only texts..We put $5,000 down on a house that he had in stock it had all the upgrades..we had trouble getting permit that took about 4 months so he sold the house we had put money down on and when the permit went through he ordered one from factory not as nice as the one that was supposed to be ours! Then had to wait 3 months to get the house from factory! He says one thing and does another and he is a sheister! We closed on house 2 weeks ago and now he wants $6 ,000 du... read more
Worst experience. I've been in my house 3 months and can't get any punchlist items corrected. We've gotten no response from Champion and all they do is point fingers instead of taking responsibility. I'm very disappointed and frustrated for all the money I spent customer service should be much better.
