I was scheduled for an appointment on a day that the doctor isn't even in the office... turns out the urologist is only in this office on Tuesdays, so if you wait weeks for your scheduled appointment on a Thursday (like me), prepare to be frustrated, call the call center back multiple times tp finally get a hold of someone who knows what's going on, and find out they can reschedule you for another three weeks out. The office left a message for me to call to schedule my annual review... but I can't get anyone to answer the phone to schedule. After 2 weeks of trying, I give up!

Multiple parties responsible for this rating but I was referred to this office by UCF Health East Orlando 3400 QUADRANGLE BLVD ORLANDO, FL 32817-1492 I waited a month to be seen for a checkup. I got busy and missed it (my fault). They politely called and rescheduled the appointment for another 3 weeks away. 60 mins before the appointment I was called by someone from the office and insurance was briefly being discussed before we got disconnected.
