Avoid this place at all costs. My father had stents in for 2 months and never received proper follow-up care. After confirming an appointment, we showed up only to be told there was no authorization the day before. Staff is not following up on auths ans wasting patient time. Meanwhile, my father has been in extreme pain, bleeding and urinating -razor blades, and no one at this office answers calls. Dr. Mennie, terrible experience. I waited more than two hours to see this urologist, and when he finally came in, he spent barely five minutes with me. No physical exam was performed, even though this was my first time visiting a urologist. Instead, he stared at his tablet the whole time, just typing away to bill insurance for a full office visit. This was not medical care—it was rushed, careless, and unethical. Absolutely unacceptable.
