No Vale la Pena. Bad experience with front desk staff. There are two ladies at the front desk — the Spanish lady in the front is extremely nice and helpful. But the woman in the back was very rude. I wasn’t even talking to her; I was speaking with the Spanish lady, and when I asked for my X-rays she told me to “sit down” in a very disrespectful tone. Muy mal servicio. Te hacen la radiografía y es un lio! Para que te den la radiografía. La señora q es encargada de los xrays es super unprofessional and rude. The spanish lady in the other hand is nice.
I recently visited Florida Urgent Care while feeling sick. The check-in process was quick, the waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, and the team took the time to thoroughly explain my symptoms, tests, and treatment plan. After diagnosing me with the flu, they prescribed the necessary medications and gave helpful advice for recovery. I even received a follow-up call to check on my progress. Overall, this is the best urgent care experience I've had yet. Highly recommended.
