If you love disappointment and unreliability this is the company for you I would not recommend this company. They aren’t reliable. Rick did not show up, never addressed it, never gave me an estimate, and never contacted me back. Take your business elsewhere. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to follow up 4+ times with no call backs. My experience: I’ve used Florida Universal Roofing because of a past recommend for work they did a decade ago.
