I have rented from them for 9 months now. When I moved in I offered to do minor repairs around the house we are renting and was turned down because they have a "maintenance guy". So we scheduled the maintenance guy to come do the repairs..... He didn't have a clue what he was doing. He completely ruined the living room blinds which were only missing a few panels at the time, couldn't fix the garage door, and was generally unknowledgeable on other repairs. I have not had any problems with Florida Tropical I pay my rent on time, just needed ice maker repaired and toilet needed minor repair when I moved in, sent someone out same day, I am happy camper.
