This company is HORRIBLE. They scheduled a pickup and we waited FIVE days for the pickup. Every day, we were told that the pickup would be between 10am-5pm. We waited every day, the palate was sitting outside with important material. We called and emailed, and NO ONE CARED. Erika de la Cruz and the whole company, including their partner Multitrans, SRL do not care about their customers. They are cruel and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
