If I could give zero stars I would. They were the title company for our house purchase. They made a mistake in their search and missed a second HOA management company and closed the deal..we found out later that the seller had significant debt to this management company and despite our efforts to work with them over 4 months, AND they admitting they made a mistake in writing, they have not corrected the situation. I would absolutely refer Marylou and her team, the only reason they didn't get a perfect rating is because the funds were not 100% there, and that's on the buyer. My customers were the sellers, and they had to wait for the funds to clear. Other than that, it was great!!! Thank you Marylou, Neyda, & Stephanie!
