If I could give zero stars I would. They were the title company for our house purchase. They made a mistake in their search and missed a second HOA management company and closed the deal..we found out later that the seller had significant debt to this management company and despite our efforts to work with them over 4 months, AND they admitting they made a mistake in writing, they have not corrected the situation.
