Very poor customer service. I came in to buy tile. I looked around the dark and uninviting showroom for 30 minutes and no one came out of the back room. I went to the office and two guys were in there, one at his desk and another with a contractor. Neither acknowledged me, let alone say hello, or ask me to wait. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes then left in frustration. I went to United Tile nearby and received the best customer service ever.! They will get my money.
