The staff at Florida Tile is very committed to learning and customer service. As a tile setter, I always looked forward to my 'pick up' days at Florida Tile because I got all the information about products and install from the best people in the business not to mention that, I always looked forward to seeing them!
Just walked out. Spent 30 minutes in there. Two associates and not one acknowledgment. Snubbed off thinking my jeans and polo were not as important as the woman with the jewelry on. Well I am building a house with 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 laundry rooms to tile and not one ounce of greeting or help offered. Will shop somewhere else and get service
