Initially there was some confusion with my device rental, but I received an incredibly prompt call back and all was quickly resolved. Although I had already met my insurance deductible they required a deposit, which was fine. If all was sorted with the insurance company I'd receive a refund. I didn't have much faith in my insurance and quickly forgot all about the deposit. I received a check in the mail yesterday for my complete deposit.
