On 10/20 we sat through a presentation that lasted over 2 hours. We were told that we would receive a $100 gift certificate. After thinking about the water system we decided that we were NOT interested and told the rep. We still did not receive the gift certificate that the mailing had said we would receive after listening to the 2 hour sales pitch. Len H
