Terrible company. Make up bogus charges. The air conditioning on our Villa was broken- leaking water through the ceiling including through light fittings. We called and were told someone would come out. We stayed in the villa. Foregoing one of our vacation nights only to be charged $85 for not being home (they said someone called But they didn’t). We had another 3 days at an unbearable 86F before anyone showed up and fixed it. Attitude was terrible throughout
