After he was done and a few days later I needed to ask him about something that I wasn’t sure about and he didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and deal with my concerns. Rick was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and was very thorough with the treatment. After researching and comparing other options like tenting and bait stations, tent-less treatment made the most sense for us. It stays on the wood long-term, unlike tenting which is a one-time gas treatment, and bait stations which can take a long time to reach the colony. Rick Vasquez is a true professional. From the moment we first spoke he was clear, courteous and informative. He explained everything clearly and did the work efficiently. The best thing is that we didn't have to move out for three days due to tenting! I fully recommend!
HORRIBLE DRIVER. For a company who’s handling hazardous waste they should really be more mindful who is behind the wheel. As a ER nurse i see accidents all the time with reckless drivers. The driver was distracted and almost seemed under the influence, speeding, ignoring traffic signals, cutting lanes and At one point, tried to break check me while my 6 month niece was in the car I WILL BE SPREADING AWARENESS ABOUT THIS COMPANY on all platforms.
