We have been our new home about a month now. There are some pretty serious things that the inspector missed during our inspection report. Like needing the front doors replaced, a well in the back yard not being closed properly, rotted pipes in the guest bathroom, the dryer ducts being so clogged it almost started a fire. At $500 for the inspection, i would think they would be a little more through with those kinds of things.
