MD Construction was great to deal with from bidding on the job to completion. They took care of everything. Showed me engineering drawings for my approval so I would know exactly what I was getting. They pulled the permits and got me all the information my two HOAs needed for their approval! They installed the screened in room enclosure with a solid roof on the roof existing 10x10 slab off my back slider. Came out perfect, couldn’t be happier. We had a very good experience with MD construction. They guided us through the process at every stage. The screen room is a perfect addition to our home. I am sure it will add value to our home. Excellent communication and a customer focused approach. The process was a bit bumpy due to my HOA approval taking longer than anticipated, but the MD Construction company representatives were super helpful, understanding, caring, and patient during the whole process. Once HOA approved, the project completion was quick and smooth. I love my new patio enclosure and would definitely recommend this company!
