We had an issue with our stairlift the owner of Florida stairlifts took time out of his day to walk us through a check and evaluation over the phone to assist in determining the problem he was extremely courteous and followed up to make sure have we would have a positive resolution to our problem

Can’t say enough good things about Jon and Florida Chairlifts! Always prompt and courteous very easy to work with. He always responds immediately on the rare occasion that we have a problem.

Jon came to our home today to do routine maintenance on our two-year-old Stannah Stairlift. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I love the Stairlift. It has revolutionized my life in our two – story townhome. I can make full use of every space and I’m grateful. The Stairlift is inobtrusive, matches our general decor (which is important to me) and operates perfectly. Jon couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. He is quite knowledgeable and the installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend him and the stair lift product. It works beautifully!
