At procedure site: rude receptionist; no communication for hours of waiting; represented procedure from start to finish one hour; was there 3.6 hours, probably asleep 20 minutes max; not sure who performed procedure; no hesitation to misinform; sent home with zero instructions; very unhappy & not sure of MF what happened!
Doc was so snobby and arrogant which made me so frustrated that i did not tell him all of my malfunctions like pain behind my eyes and tingling in both my hands when my hands twitch and tingling on both of my legs which make my legs and feet feel like I have cement blocks and I can’t walk while walking. I have been a patient with FSI for nearly 4 years and I thought I had finally found a place that could take care of my daily debilitating headaches, I even put up with the 3 plus hour wait times and a drug interaction that landed me in an ambulance and the emergency room with a near life threatening reaction! My bf been here too take long time before get call his turn setting for long hours waiting this place is poor service.
I don't know where they were going but my time with Florida spine institute is... they line you up in uncomfortable chairs outside even though you have back and spine problems that can't sit for long periods of time! also to make matters worse I have been going there since October and still have not received any relief from my issue! I go to an appointment for my procedure and at least 6 people in front of me were waiting for hours!!! hours!!!
