I started here after a car accident. The front desk lady was helpful and nice. The doctor spent about 2 minutes in 2 months with me. The physical therapy trainer is very old. He knows his stuff but age limits him in helping you. We had good conversations, respect him for his work ethic, and service to our country. I hope he is able to retire soon bc he deserves it. I decided to switch to a different office after I drove from St. Augustine to Jacksonville to go over MRI results and they didnt have them.
Doctor is great but NO customer service. Front office staff is rude and unprofessional.
