I went to their Coral Springs office. Paid my co-pay. Went into the examination room & waited for 1 hour. No Dr came in to see me. I left & went to the front desk & asked for my co-pay. They said fill out this paperwork & you will get reimbursed within 30 days. 6 months later, still have not received my refund. They said the check they sent me was cashed in February.
