I do not recommend this clinic, for 2 years Ive been on the waiting list and they have not called me and when they call they tell me that I am still on the waiting list and my daughter was receiving therapies there before and when the therapist went to another state the clinic left me without a therapist and they don't mind leaving my daughter without therapy and not even looking for someone and I feel discriminated, on top of that, I sent paperwork for ABA, and they haven’t even followed up on me or confirmed they’ve receiv... read more
This institution is dishonest. They said they accepted my insurance, with a co-pay. Now my insurance has accepted, they are charging me 60 dollars a visit, not the 25 co-pay. They say they will keep the extra 45 in case my insurance United health does not pay. Yet they have the approval letter from my insurance. I have had to take my kid to other speech therapists in the past, and this has never occurred. I have been deceived by this company.
