As bad as the other reviews said. I tried to save a few bucks, lesson learned. My order was canceled without reason or any explanation after over a month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They would even answer the phone when I tried to call them to see why it was canceled.

Ordered a cover April 4, 2023, it's now May 26th. Still no cover. Called and left messages several time (during work hours) and emailed the company with no response. Very disappointing.

This should be 0 stars for the horrid customer service. Ordered a cover in February. I paid for expedited production. The cover arrived damaged and I refused delivery on 3/2/23 The “General Manager” said he could not refund my money until he received confirmation from the shipping company and to give him 24 hours. I gave them a week and called back. He stated that he did not receive confirmation from the shipping company. I received my spa cover today, and it was just what I ordered. The lift that was also part of the order did not arrive as part of the order. I called them today and was told that they would ship out a new one in a couple of days and track what happened to the original box with the lift. I had to wait on hold a little to talk to customer service, but once the call was answered, the customer service person was very polite and informed and handled the problem. So call salesman had a very bad attitude I was going to buy a swim spa cover from them. I entered the dimensions into the form on their website. I was a little uncomfortable with this method. I decided to call them. I reached someone in so called sales. I asked if I could send a sketch to them to insure I had the correct dimensions. The so called salesman took a bad attitude and told me not to bother I said not to worry there are plenty of other of suppliers. He said good go to one of them

Stay away from this company if you expect any type of decent customer service. Took 4 months to actually receive product (which I am actually not complaining about, was told because of delays due to pandemic). The spa cover i receieved was actually ok, but the lifter i purchased was not. When the person finally came to install, he recommended i not use the lifter because it was poorly made. DO NOT BUY! If I could give zero stars I would, DO NOT BUY! My cover was delivered with multiple scratches, holes and busted seams. I refused delivery and contacted them like their communication required. After 7 days of multiple calls and messages, I had no communication from the company. I opened a dispute with my credit card and now 6 weeks later I still have no refund and no hot tub cover!!!
